Can’t find what you are after, just give us a call (02) 4641 0214 or send us a quick message, we would be happy to chat.
How long does a website take to make?
To be on the safe side, we like to say 4-6 weeks for a basic 4-page website and longer for larger websites. It all depends on how quick you respond to our emails. But if you are in a hurry we will do our best to get your website live for you as quick as we can.
I've enquired about a website what happens next?
If you have filled in one of our online enquiry forms, this is perfect! Our project manager Jess from our team will be in touch with you very soon to discuss your project further. She will either ask you questions over the phone or send you our online worksheet which she uses to gather a bit more information about your project. Once she has all the information needed and has chatted to the team, she will send you a formal proposal outlining the cost, inclusions etc. Once you sign off on this proposal. Welcome to the team !! We will get started on your project.
What if I don't like what you have created?
You get lots of chances during the build to give your feedback. We make sure when we design a website we get your tick of approval on every page. If for some reason you were not liking our design and we couldn’t make you happy (it’s never happened). We will offer you a full refund; we don’t want anyone to be unhappy with their completed website.
How does the website design process work?
When you build a website with us, you get to work closely with our designer Mel. She will ask you about designs you like (if you have any) and from here she will create you something new and unique. First she will design your Home page and she will send you a preview. At this point you get to give your feedback and she will tweak the design until you are happy. Once the home page is complete. She will follow this design flow over the rest of your website. Getting your tick of approval on every page before it goes live.

How will I get traffic to my website?
Whether you’ve come to us with an existing website or we’ve built you a brand new one, we will always ask what your goals are and what you envision your website to do for your business. For some it’s simply about having a presence, but for most, it can be an incredibly powerful sales tool to attract new clientele and/or sales.
There are a number of ways we can help you to get traffic to your website with the most well known methods being SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing, or Google Ads). Both of these online marketing options we are well equipped to deliver on with our highly qualified team. If you would like to find out more about what options would be more suitable for you and how it all works, simply get in touch and our team will talk you through some things.
What's the difference between SEO and SEM?
SEO, short for Search Engine Optimisation, in the most layman’s terms is the process of optimising your website in order to rank high in the search engine (Google’s) results for specific keywords or search terms the user types in when looking for your product and/or service.
SEM, short for Search Engine Marketing (most notably Google Ads), also aims to rank your website high in the search engine results for your target keywords, however you pay Google for the high rankings.
As such, SEO tends to be a long term game, whereas SEM can get you very quick results.
When talking about generating traffic to, and getting leads from your website, we will always ask you a few key questions to work out the best strategy for you:
1. What results are you looking for?
2. How quickly do you want those results?
3. What’s your ideal budget to get those results so it’s profitable?
Our team of experienced professionals are here to help guide you in the right direction!

Why do I require a management plan?
Our sites can be set up on your own hosting and left to run independently. For a simple site that isn’t crucial to your business, this might be sufficient. However, if you view your website as an investment, then ongoing management is essential.
Over 43% of websites are built on WordPress, with the next largest platform accounting for about 6%. This makes WordPress a significant target for hackers, necessitating constant updates to servers and software to stay ahead of security threats and technological advancements.
In 2023, WordPress received over 20 updates, and each plugin, including WooCommerce (the most popular e-commerce plugin), had around 33 updates. While some updates can be automated, not all can, and certain updates may cause conflicts, leading to site issues. When problems arise, we prioritize fixing our clients’ sites first. We set up and maintain their sites with optimal configurations, allowing us to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
In contrast, if a site has been neglected for over a year, it requires significantly more work and cost to fix. Moreover, an untouched site loses value over time, and even Google recognizes this, ranking it lower in search results.
A management plan acts as insurance and assurance, ensuring your site operates safely and efficiently month to month. Similar to how phones require regular software updates and eventually need replacing, your website is an investment that represents your business and generates revenue.
