Buildtech Homes have been fabulous to work with. Shannon and Luke really have a vision for their company and it is showcased in their website. Buildtech homes have over 20 years experience in the building industry, not only do they do second storey additions but also custom home building. They have a fabulous range of home designs with over 20 designs to choose from.

Each home design has a dedicated page on their website, with links to downloadable brochures, floor plans that you can zoom in for a better look, links to a special inclusions page and more.

The images for Buildtech’s website were created inhouse by Buildtech. They were able to supply or source most of their images themselves but we also helped them out when needed. We like to keep the cost down for our customers so if they are unable to source the images we are happy to jump in and help. We have our own licences for stock images and can often source them for clients for very little cost and sometimes even free.  The images we source are from sites that we trust and are licenced, or we sometimes whip up images from scratch if needed.

When we worked with Buildtech Homes it was very clear when it comes to building that they know their stuff. So we created a blog section where they can share their knowledge of the building industry along with a gallery showcasing current and past projects. We supplied a blog template and a project template to Buildtech to work with, along with training videos on how to use them. We do this so moving forward, they can create new blogs and project updates on their own with ease. We like to make sure when we are designing a site, we not only want it to be aesthetically pleasing but also practical. If we make the design too complicated, editing and making updates will be much harder for the client and we like to encourage all our clients to jump on and have a go at creating more content and updating their site.

With well over 45 pages, this is no small website. The site is packed with features. They have a newsletter signup section along with custom contact forms. They also have special landing pages for marketing campaigns we run for them bringing a steady stream of traffic and leads to the site. 

Buildtech Homes are a proactive business and really want to grow their online presence. They currently do Google Ads and are also on one of our SEO packages. Our SEO packages are designed to be more cost effective by combining work they can DIY with development work our team does. The end goal is returns on the investment they are making so its practical long term for us and Buildtech Homes.
